TOS (terms of service)

THESE ARE MY TOS! (terms of sesrvice) IF YOU BREAK THESE RULES YOUR ORDER WILL BE DECLINED/CANCLED!

These are in place for...
My safety, my accounts safety, so I don't get doxxed, the safety of my business, so I don't get scammed, as well as my comfort with doing commissions! <3

1 - Do not give advice I didn't ask for! I will decline/cancel your order.

2 - First come first served! you cannot pay to get ahead of other people who reached out for a commission before you! I have a waitlist for a reason. (The reason this rule exists is because some people actually allow you to do this! however, I do not! and FYI : please do not send hate twoards the people who do, it's their commissions, they can do what they want!)

3 - deadlines are not a thing within my commissions! I am a human on the other side of the screen, and they cause me to rush, get stressed, which makes your art lower quality, or possibly not happen! (wanting something to be done by a deadline will result in me canceling/declining your order, or focusing on someone else's order until you decide otherwise. sorry!)

4 - I am not drawing NSFW content (examples: heavy gore (stomach torn open, or a masive wound with visible organs), or sexual themes of any kind. (spesific sexual themes will result in being reported! |example: minor x adult, minor x minor, human x animal. thats nasty, and not welcome here!)

5 - I am not drawing hateful content! (examples: threatening/violent themes that are aimed to hurt a particular group of people (poc, lgbtq+, furries, people who are disabled in any way, fictional characters (yes I'm srs), etc). Asking for content like this will result in you being blocked and reported!

6 - Do not give me AI generated referances, or images in general! (If it's on accident, thats fine, just don't let it happen again, please find a new referance! <3) More then one time will result in me canceling/declining your order. Sorry! (you can come back in the future WITHOUT AI generated referances!)

7 - You have full right to change your mind before payment, I also don't do refunds! (my reason for this is strictly because you can ask for as many changes as you want during the "sketching time", or ask for color adjustments during the coloring phase without any extra charge!) | friendly fyi : if something comes up, and you're not able to pay for the commission, I can hold it and put it aside for when you are able to come back and pay if you still want the commission! <3

8 - Payment is strictly done AFTER the sketch is approved and complete! I will not accept payment before hand! (on larger orders, I'll complete all sketches, send you them, then you pay the cost of the commission, then I'll color!)

9 - If your oc may be tricky to draw, PLEASE let me know ahead of time! it would be awesome! <3

10 - Larger orders ($50+) get a free cartoony bust! | If I forget, SAY SOMETHING! I don't want you to miss out on a freebie because I forgot- please remind me if I forget! <3

11 - I am not doing art trades! This is mostly because I'm not too much of a fan of doing them... super sorryy :,3

12 - Please do not trade or resell my art... I'm not comfortable with seeing my art getting "auctioned off", sold, or traded. It makes me feel as if you didn't like the final piece, and you were to scared to say anything about not wanting it anymore... So please don't do that! <3

13 - PLEASEE do NOT feed my art into AI! It makes me uncomfortable knowing someone is feeding my art into AI. It doesn't matter if you "like my style" or think their "too expensive"! If you're feeding my art into AI, you don't actually like my style, and there are TONS of artists who do free commissions! if you're that hungry for art of your ocs in one of my styles and think its too expensive, I might occasionally do giveaways or something! So, again, please don't feed my art into AI! <3

14 - Please be respectful and paitent! (as you should with any artist, no matter how busy, new to coms or have years of work). I'm a human on the other side of the screen with my own personal life, I'm a minor and am in school, learning how to drive, and searching for a job atm. I'm also busy doing research on cats + cat supplies for when I get one! <3

15 - If something says "coming soon" It is not up to buy yet! so please dont ask to buy animations or comics! I promise I'm working on them, and trying to figure out pricing for them, learning animation is really hard for some people, and can take a lot of time. and comics are kind of hard to price sometimes, so please be paitent! <3

If you don't like my TOS, just don't order from me! it is mentioned at the top of this page on why these are in place, and why I feel safer with these rules. And seriously, breaking my rules will result in your order getting declined/cancled!
